1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdt11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdt11 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and all associated features available at https://bdt11.io.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the bdt11 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bdt11 platform.

These Terms should be read together with the bdt11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the bdt11 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or using casino services.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gambling activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on bdt11 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person when registering or operating the account.

bdt11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdt11. Duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — constitute a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdt11 will close the duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses received, and may void bets placed from those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Notify bdt11 promptly at [email protected] if any of your details change.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is required before the first withdrawal and may be triggered at any other time at bdt11's discretion. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of payment method ownership where required.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals on bdt11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdt11 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. bdt11 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your verified bdt11 account. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method or bank account that belongs to a third party. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically 5–30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfers: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

bdt11 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges, for which bdt11 accepts no responsibility.

bdt11 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities. If you are using a payment method that draws on credit, you accept full responsibility for compliance with your credit provider's terms. bdt11 takes no responsibility for any debt incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bdt11 offers a variety of promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion detail page.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all bdt11 promotions:

• All bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Only one active welcome bonus per player. Players may not create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire and are removed from the account after this period.
• Certain game categories (for example, live dealer baccarat or specific low-margin slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution schedule is published in the promotion terms.
• bdt11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are in the process of meeting wagering requirements at the time of cancellation will be notified and handled on a case-by-case basis.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on bdt11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Cricket betting rules, live casino rules, and slot game rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

bdt11 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the result of the relevant event was already determined (commonly referred to as "late betting"), placed on markets that were erroneously made available by a technical error, or placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bdt11's event-specific rules will determine how affected bets are settled. In the absence of specific rules, bdt11's general settlement policy will apply: bets on events that do not complete within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.

For live casino games, the rules of the relevant game as displayed on-screen at the time of play govern the outcome. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bdt11's system records will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Players should ensure they have a stable internet connection before participating in live casino games.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt11 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one bdt11 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any unfair advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's games or betting systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the bdt11 platform to launder money or engage in any other financially criminal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving services from bdt11.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdt11 staff or other players via any communication channel.

bdt11 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, account activity, device fingerprints, and payment behaviour. Where suspicious activity is detected, bdt11 may place a temporary hold on the account and its funds while an investigation is conducted. The player will be notified of the hold and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt11 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of bdt11 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt11 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bdt11 platform without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to bdt11 for display on the platform. All associated trademarks and rights remain with the respective studios.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

bdt11 shall not be liable to any player for any loss or damage — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — arising from:

• Platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled, including downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Errors or delays in bet settlement caused by incomplete or inaccurate data from sports data providers.
• Disconnections, browser crashes, or network failures on the player's side during a game session.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
• Actions by regulatory or law enforcement authorities that restrict the availability of the platform.

In no event shall bdt11's total aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the amount that player deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your bdt11 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bdt11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been detected on the account.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requires bdt11 to restrict the account.
• bdt11 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed by bdt11 for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Genuine deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to bdt11.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bdt11 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdt11 will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision), bdt11 may update the Terms without individual notice.

Your continued use of the bdt11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bdt11 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting bdt11 customer support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter. bdt11 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will cooperate fully with any legitimate resolution process.

bdt11 does not fabricate, claim, or represent any specific regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body. The platform operates as a safe, SSL-secured, fair-play certified entertainment service. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
